Aria Pro II Short-Scale Hi-Flier Bass – DBM-206 – New

Aria Pro II is a long-running Japanese guitar maker who shared their manufacturing facility with bigger names like Ibanez and Univox back in the late 60s and 70s. This here bass is their re-issue of the Aria Mosrite-copy bass that they put out in the 1970s alongside Univox’s Hi-Filer Bass (which sold better.)

At any rate, it’s a great short-scale bass with lots of style and a nod to Mosrite’s offset guitars and basses of the 1960s made famous by the Ventures.
