A rare wide-bodied acoustic guitar from Ernie Ball; the Earthwood. These were designed by George Fullerton for Ernie Ball in the early 70s while doing R&D for making an acoustic bass guitar. Solid spruce top and solid walnut back and sides. This one is in great condition. It’s voicing is not unlike a jumbo but handles the low-end like no other acoustic I’ve played. Strange bolt-on neck construction with a sender neck profile. Own a piece of guitar history.
